Individual Sessions

£17.50 a session

Individual sessions offer the ultimate flexibility, whether it’s just a one off session for you to give personal training a try or you just need that extra motivation when you’re training. You could be completely new to the gym; maybe you’ve been training for years and never really got the results you’ve wanted. With my wealth of knowledge in fitness and training techniques, you will be sure to get a great workout, tailored specifically to suit you.

 

Gym Based Boxing Session

£7.50 for a 30 minute session

A great way to change up your workout with this fun and challenging session. A 1-2-1 where you learn the basics of boxing techniques and then use them as part of a full body workout. Doing various combinations, between sets of bodyweight exercises, cardio moves and core work, you will be pushed, but you’re sure to enjoy this alternative to the conventional method of gym training. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
